1. Terms of Service
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ChampZero platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must cease platform access immediately. Participation in verified tournaments, circuits, and recruitment hubs is additionally governed by specific competitive rulebooks disclosed on respective tournament pages.
1.2 User Conduct & Competitive Integrity
All users must adhere to strict esportsmanship standards. Cheating, exploiting software glitches, smurfing, toxic harassment, match manipulation, ringers, or any action compromising competitive integrity will result in immediate disqualification, permanent account ban, and forfeiture of prize claims.
1.3 Organizer Guidelines
Community organizers utilizing ChampZero bracket engines are responsible for accurate match scheduling, fair disputes adjudication, and prompt payout distributions. ChampZero reserves the right to suspend organizer permissions for unfulfilled or fraudulent tournaments.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Information We Collect
We collect account registration data (email, in-game usernames, player IDs, social handles), match statistics, team roster affiliations, and payment verification screenshots uploaded for tournament check-in.
2.2 Data Security & Usage
Your account data is secured using encryption protocols and industry-standard access controls. Personal data is never sold to third-party brokers and is strictly utilized for bracket organization, talent scouting, communication, and tournament administration.
